Movie Memorabilia Show

Dealer's Table with shoppers image

Here's your chance to take home a piece of film history. Our fabulous Dealers' Rooms feature the best vintage movie items from memorabilia dealers from all over the U.S. and around the world.

Every year Cinecon features one of the best movie memorabilia markets in the country, and this year will be no exception. Our dealers' rooms, usually located on the third floor meeting area of the Renaissance Hollywood Hotel, at 1755 N. Highland Ave., will be relocated to the Mezzanine level of the hotel this year but, as always, it will feature dealers from across the country and around the world who will be bringing some of their best memorabilia from the silent era and the early days of sound through today's best films. The quality of the merchandise is unequalled at any other show.

Whether you have a vast collection or are just starting out you are sure to find something of interest--you name it and you'll find it all in the Cinecon dealers rooms. So when you take a break from our fabulous films be sure to make your way back to the hotel to take advantage of this treasure trove.

By the way, if you're not interested in attending the screenings at the Egyptian Theater, we sell Dealers' Room Only passes for Danny Schartz image$5 per day at our Renaissance Hotel or Egyptian Theater registration tables.

Our next show will be over Labor Day weekend in 2008. If you're interested in becoming a vendor at Cinecon 44, please contact Danny Schwartz at (818) 707-2273 during Pacific Coast business hours for dealer contract information.

The Film Book Fair is part of the show

As a special added attraction our exciting Film Book Fair event will be back for a repeat performance and is included with the Memorabilia show. Nearly a dozen authors will be on hand at various times throughout the weekend to personally inscribe copies of their latest editions. Here's your chance to get the best of the new film related books directly from their authors.

Among the authors who were at Cinecon 42 were Tab Hunter, Harry Medved, Diana Sera Cary (aka "Baby Peggy" Montgomery), Marc Wanamaker, Robert S. Birchard, Steve Stevens, William Bast, and William Wellman, Jr.

Check with the volunteers at the Cinecon registration table in the hotel for days and times of your favorite author.
