Here are a few pictures of the celebrities who shared some of their time with us during this year's show.

Our first guest on Thursday night was Denise Darcel. We saw the 1953 Columbia film Flame
of Calcutta
which she starred in.
After the film she was interviewed by Stan Taffel and then took audience questions.

Ms. Darcel was delighted with all the attention she received from the Cinecon audience. Out in the theater lobby the fans lined up to speak further with Denise and get her autograph.

She stayed for quite a while and signed a lot of autographs. On Saturday afternoon we were joined by Adrian Booth at a screening of 1949 Republic film The Last Bandit

After the film she was interviewed by Mike Schlesinger. She had a lot of fun with the audience questions

After the interview she thanked Mike with a kiss and then spent a few minutes talking further with fans She was sorry that she couldn't stay longer because of a dinner reservation but promised to be back on Sunday afternoon to sign autographs.

Stella Stevens was our Sunday afternoon guest.
We showed 1966 spy spoof The Silencers starring Dean Martin.
Stan did the interview.

And then it was the audience's turn to ask questions. Stella posed for pictures and signed some autographs.

She had only signed a few autographs when Marvin Paige came to take her to the hotel to get ready for the banquet.

Cinecon president Robert S. Birchard opened the awards portion of the the evening, Then MC Stan Taffel took over and introduced the presenters.

Actor William Wellman Jr. was pleased to present the first award of the evening to Ms. Darcel. He met her when his father directed her in Westward the Women. Denise displayed her award as she thanked Cinecon for honoring her.

Western actress Peggy Stewart was a good choice to present an award to a fellow western actress Adrian Booth. Adrian and Peggy show off the award.

Actress France Nuyen talked about her friend Stella Stevens. Stella happily accepted her award looking pretty in pink.

Former child actor Johnny Whitaker starred in the musical version of Tom Sawyer which was written and composed by Richard Sherman. We were very pleased to be able to honor such a talented and prolific composer as Richard Sherman.
